Gorgeous Sunset

Well tonight what a gorgeous sunset it was. I took Locky outside and we took some magnificent photos of the sunset over looking our unit apartment block. I thought i' share one with you..

Well what has been or is happening. Kellie my sister is getting married tomorrow so the family is all very excited about that. stay tuned for a sneak peek of some of the wedding photos next week sometime.. Hopefully it stays fine for them :-) all the pre wedding jitters are totally normal I'm telling you heeheh.. I'll see you nice and early in the morning!

AV mode Food Challenge DOF

OK so today well this week I have a food challenge to do But i have to do it today as I have my operation tomorrow so I dont have the week to practice poo anyway a quick whip up today I got the custard tart out of the fridge and had a play.

The Challenge was to use my av mode (appeture priority) to find the depth of focus so here is what I came up with..

I used f. 5.6 as my apperture DOF

as promised here are the pics from today of our outing to the beach :-) hope you like them locky had fun yay it was very hot here today got to 39 degrees so why wouldnt you be at the beach? anyway it was good and got some pics as you can see lol never miss the oppertunity any way there was also a wedding on the beach so I got a pic of that too dont know who they are but what the heck lol

In my garden

so yesterday we didnt go out anywhere to take pix so i thought i'd go crazy in my garden lol so here we have some pix

ok guys i am learning my lightroom program so went crazy yesterday taking some pics in my garden and this is what i came up with.. they are based on exposure i was trying to understand exposure with different settings yesterday lol
please forget about the watermark date because i think my computers date is wrong

ok so i havent been keeping up with the challenge a day lol i really hope to do it in march.. but here is one i have from valentines day

i went to pick locky up from day care and he had lovley iced love shape heart cooking for me wrapped in red cellephane. i had to take a pic but he didnt want his face shown was not co -operating so here is what i got lol..

3rd Of Feb

Hey everyone,

Yes call me crazy i know its 2am on the 4th of Feb but as soon as i got home from work at midnight I wanted to post my pic for the 3rd which i took before going to work :-)

Today I attempted to make a story board with my pics... I followed Jordy around the house today so here are the results oh and I was having a play around with my new actions in photoshop (leah's colour-and sweetlighting) works a treat i think the first pic needs a little more attention but ok for first go I feel what do you guys think colour popped too much? Well thats it for me tonight maybe I will try following locky roud the house tomorrow to see what he gives me??????? I'll see if I even make it out of bed lol
